1A secured party does not owe a duty based on its status as secured party:
16(1) 17To a person who is a debtor or obligor, unless the secured party knows:
31(a) 32That the person is a debtor or obligor;
40(b) 41The identity of the person; and
47(c) 48How to communicate with the person; or
55(2) 56To a secured party or lienholder that has filed a financing statement against a person, unless the secured party knows:
76(a) 77That the person is a debtor; and
84(b) 85The identity of the person.
