SECTION 679.5041. Indication of collateral.

1A financing statement sufficiently indicates the collateral that it covers if the financing statement provides:
16(1) 17A description of the collateral pursuant to s. 25679.1081; 26or
27(2) 28An indication that the financing statement covers all assets or all personal property.
