SECTION 679.1101. Security interests arising under chapter 672 or chapter 680.

1A security interest arising under s. 7672.401, 8s. 9672.505, 10s. 11672.711(3), 12or s. 14680.508(5) 15is subject to this chapter. However, until the debtor obtains possession of the goods:
29(1) 30The security interest is enforceable, even if s. 38679.2031(2)(c) 39has not been satisfied;
43(2) 44Filing is not required to perfect the security interest;
53(3) 54The rights of the secured party after default by the debtor are governed by chapter 672 or chapter 680; and
74(4) 75The security interest has priority over a conflicting security interest created by the debtor.
