SECTION 672.601. Buyer’s rights on improper delivery.

1Subject to the provisions of this chapter on breach in installment contracts (s. 14672.61215) and unless otherwise agreed under the sections on contractual limitations of remedy (ss. 29672.718 30and 31672.71932), if the goods or the tender of delivery fail in any respect to conform to the contract, the buyer may:
53(1) 54Reject the whole; or
58(2) 59Accept the whole; or
63(3) 64Accept any commercial unit or units and reject the rest.
