1In addition to any other rulemaking authority it has under the financial institutions codes, the commission may adopt reasonable rules that it deems advisable for the administration of international trust entities under this part in the interest of protecting depositors, creditors, borrowers, or the public interest and in the interest of maintaining a sound banking and trust system in this state. Because of the difficulty in obtaining economic data with regard to such trusts, ss. 76120.54(3)(b) 77and 78120.541 79do not apply to the adoption of rules pursuant to this section.
