SECTION 663.181. Manner and time within which taking possession may be tested.

1At any time within 10 days after the office has taken possession of the property and business of an international banking corporation, such corporation may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction in the county in which its principal office is located in this state for an order requiring the office to show cause why the office should not be enjoined from continuing such possession. The court may, upon good cause shown, direct the office to refrain from such proceedings and to surrender such possession.
