SECTION 663.063. International administrative offices.

1(1) 2Subject to the provisions of this part, any international banking corporation may establish offices in this state for the purposes of:
23(a) 24Administering personnel and operations;
28(b) 29Engaging in data processing or recordkeeping activities; and
37(c) 38Negotiating, approving, or servicing loans or extensions of credit and investments.
49(2) 50An office established pursuant to this section may engage only in those activities set forth in subsection (1) and the activities permissible for an international representative office pursuant to s. 80663.06281.
