SECTION 655.0321. Restricted access to certain hearings, proceedings, and related documents.

1The office shall consider the public purposes specified in ¹⁰¹11s. 12119.14(4)(b) 13in determining whether the hearings and proceedings conducted pursuant to s. 24655.033 25for the issuance of cease and desist orders and s. 35655.037 36for the issuance of suspension or removal orders shall be closed and exempt from the provisions of s. 54286.011, 55and whether related documents shall be confidential and exempt from the provisions of s. 69119.07(1)70.
