SECTION 651.013. Chapter exclusive; applicability of other laws.

1(1) 2Except as herein provided, providers of continuing care and continuing care at-home are governed by the provisions of this chapter and are exempt from all other provisions of the Florida Insurance Code.
34(2) 35In addition to other applicable provisions cited in this chapter, the office has the authority granted under ss. 53624.302, 54624.303, 55624.30756-57624.312, 58624.318, 59624.319(1)60-(3), 61624.320, 62624.321, 63624.324, 64624.34, 65and 66624.422 67of the Florida Insurance Code to regulate providers of continuing care and continuing care at-home.
