SECTION 648.57. Penalty.

1Any person or corporation, who is found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this chapter commits a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 30775.082 31or s. 33775.083, 34unless a more severe criminal penalty is otherwise provided in this chapter with respect to the specific violation.
