SECTION 648.385. Continuing education required; requirements.

1(1) 2The purpose of this section is to establish requirements and standards for continuing education courses for persons authorized to write bail bonds in this state.
27(2) 28Each person subject to this chapter must complete a minimum of 14 hours of continuing education courses every 2 years as specified in s. 52626.281553.
