  SECTION 642.032. Provisions of general insurance law applicable to legal expense insurance corporations.

  • 1The following provisions of the Florida Insurance Code shall apply to legal expense insurance corporations, to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the provisions of ss. 29642.01130-31642.04932:

    71(5) 72Section 73628.4615, 74specialty insurers; acquisition of controlling stock, ownership interest, assets, or control; merger or consolidation.
    88(6) 89Chapter 631, insurer insolvency; guaranty of payment.
