SECTION 641.452. Administrative penalty in lieu of suspension or revocation of certificate of authority.

1The office may, in lieu of suspension or revocation of a certificate of authority, levy an administrative penalty in an amount not more than $10,000 for each violation by a prepaid health clinic. In levying such fine, the office shall consider the number of members and total revenues of the clinic and whether the violation was committed knowingly and willfully.
