SECTION 641.3911. Appeals from the department or office.

1Any person, entity, or health maintenance organization subject to an order of the department or office under s. 19641.3909 20or s. 22641.3913 23may obtain a review of the order by filing an appeal therefrom in accordance with the provisions and procedures for appeal under s. 46120.6847.
