  SECTION 64.211. Report of open-market sale.

  • 1(1) 2Unless required to do so within a shorter time by part I of this chapter, a broker appointed under s. 2264.210(2) 23to offer heirs property for open-market sale shall file a report with the court not later than 7 days after receiving an offer to purchase the property for at least the value determined under s. 5864.206 59or s. 6164.21062.
    63(2) 64The report required by subsection (1) must contain the following information:
    75(a) 76A description of the property to be sold to each buyer.
    87(b) 88The name of each buyer.
    93(c) 94The proposed purchase price.
    98(d) 99The terms and conditions of the proposed sale, including the terms of any owner financing.
    114(e) 115The amounts to be paid to lienholders.
    122(f) 123A statement of contractual or other arrangements or conditions of the broker’s commission.
    136(g) 137Other material facts relevant to the sale.
