1(1) 2In addition to the penalties and other enforcement provisions of this part, the office may seek both temporary and permanent injunctive relief when:25(a) 26A discount plan is being operated by any person or entity that is not licensed pursuant to this part.
45(b) 46Any person, entity, or discount plan organization has engaged in any activity prohibited by this part or any rule adopted pursuant to this part.
70(2) 71The venue for any proceeding brought pursuant to this section shall be in the Circuit Court of Leon County.
90(3) 91The office’s authority to seek injunctive relief is not conditioned on having conducted any proceeding pursuant to chapter 120.
