SECTION 636.045. Minimum surplus requirements.

1(1) 2Each prepaid limited health service organization must at all times maintain a minimum surplus in an amount which is the greater of $150,000 or 10 percent of total liabilities.
32(2) 33The office may not issue a certificate of authority unless the prepaid limited health service organization has a minimum surplus in an amount of $150,000 or 10 percent of liabilities, whichever is the greater amount.
69(3) 70A prepaid limited health service organization that is authorized in this state and one or more other states, jurisdictions, or countries is subject to ss. 95624.4085 96and 97624.4085198.
