SECTION 634.4145. Noncompliant forms.

1The office may order a service warranty association to stop using any contract form that:
16(1) 17Violates this part;
20(2) 21Is misleading in any respect;
26(3) 27Is reproduced so that any material provision is substantially illegible; or
38(4) 39Contains provisions which are unfair or inequitable or which encourage misrepresentation.
