SECTION 634.341. Penalty for violation of cease and desist order.

1Any person who violates a cease and desist order of the department or office under s. 17634.339 18while such order is in effect, after notice and hearing as provided in s. 32634.338, 33is subject, at the discretion of the department or office, to any one or more of the following penalties:
52(1) 53A monetary penalty of not more than $25,000 as to all matters determined in such hearing.
70(2) 71The suspension or revocation of such person’s license or eligibility to hold a license.
