SECTION 634.310. Order, notice of suspension or revocation of license; effect; publication.

1(1) 2A suspension or revocation of the license of a home warranty association shall be effected by order mailed to the association by registered or certified mail. The office also shall promptly give notice of such suspension or revocation to the sales representatives of the association in this state who are of record with the department. The association may not solicit or write any new warranties in this state during the period of any such suspension or revocation.
79(2) 80In its discretion, the office may cause notice of any such revocation or suspension to be published in one or more newspapers of general circulation published in this state.
