SECTION 634.309. Procedure to suspend or revoke license.

1Except when a hearing is expressly not required under s. 11120.60 12or s. 14634.308, 15no order suspending or revoking a home warranty association’s license shall be effective unless made after notice and hearing pursuant to chapter 120.
