SECTION 634.302. Powers of department, commission, and office; rules.

1The office shall administer this part, and the commission may adopt rules pursuant to ss. 16120.536(1) 17and 18120.54 19to implement the provisions of this part related to home warranty associations and home warranties. The department shall administer this part and may adopt rules pursuant to ss. 47120.536(1) 48and 49120.54 50to implement provisions of this part related to sales representatives. Such rules by the commission or department may identify specific methods of competition or acts or practices that are prohibited by s. 82634.336 83but shall not enlarge upon or extend the provisions of that section.
