  SECTION 634.253. Delinquency proceedings.

  • 1(1) 2If any of the grounds for rehabilitation, liquidation, conservation, reorganization, seizure, or summary proceedings of an insurer as set forth in ss. 24631.051, 25631.061, 26and 27631.071 28exist as to a company, the office may petition for an appropriate court order or may pursue such other relief as is afforded in part I of chapter 631.
    57(2) 58In the event an order of rehabilitation, liquidation, conservation, reorganization, seizure, or summary proceedings has been entered against a company, the department and office shall be vested with all of the powers and duties they have under the provisions of part I of chapter 631 in regard to delinquency proceedings of insurance companies.
