SECTION 634.021. Powers of department, commission, and office; rules.

1The office shall administer this act and the commission may adopt rules pursuant to ss. 16120.536(1) 17and 18120.54 19to implement the provisions of this act related to motor vehicle service agreement companies and motor vehicle service agreements. The department shall administer this act and may adopt rules pursuant to ss. 51120.536(1) 52and 53120.54 54to implement provisions of this act related to sales representatives.
