SECTION 633.424. Falsification of qualifications.

1An individual who willfully and knowingly falsifies her or his qualifications to the Bureau of Fire Standards and Training of the division commits a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 35775.082 36or s. 38775.08339.
