SECTION 633.134. Gifts and grants.

1The division may accept for any of its purposes and functions any donations of property and grants of money from any governmental unit, public agency, institution, person, firm, or corporation. Such moneys shall be deposited, disbursed, and administered in a trust fund as provided by law.
