1Reports and recommendations made by the Board of Directors of the Florida Workers’ Compensation Insurance Guaranty Association under s. 20631.917 21upon any matter germane to the solvency, liquidation, rehabilitation, or conservation of any member insurer are confidential and exempt from the provisions of s. 45119.07(1) 46and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution until the termination of a delinquency proceeding.
