SECTION 631.724. Records and meetings of association.

1Records shall be kept of all negotiations and meetings in which the association or its representatives discuss the activities of the association in carrying out its powers and duties under s. 32631.71733. Such negotiations or meetings are exempt from the provisions of s. 45286.011, 46and any records of such negotiations or meetings are confidential and exempt from the provisions of s. 63119.07(1) 64until the termination of a delinquency proceeding. Nothing in this section shall limit the duty of the association to render a report of its activities under s. 91631.72592.
