SECTION 631.015. Reciprocity; treatment of policyholders.

1Reciprocity in the treatment of policyholders in receivership is extended to those states which, in substance and effect, enact the National Association of Insurance Commissioners Rehabilitation and Liquidation Model Act, the Uniform Insurers Liquidation Act, or the Insurer Receivership Model Act.
