SECTION 628.920. Eligibility of licensed captive insurance company for certificate of authority to act as insurer.

1A licensed captive insurance company that meets the necessary requirements of this part imposed upon an insurer must be considered for issuance of a certificate of authority to act as an insurer in this state.
