SECTION 627.918. Reporting formats.

1(1) 2The office shall require that the reporting provided for in this part be made on forms established by the commission or in a format compatible with the office’s electronic data processing equipment.
34(2) 35The reporting forms and formats established by the commission shall not provide for repeated collection of identical information relating to a single independent data element except when repeated collection of such information is necessary to accomplish the purpose of the section under which the information is reported.
