SECTION 627.7018. Standards for determining risk of coverage.

1In determining the risk of providing property insurance coverage, an insurer may not deny coverage solely on the basis of the age of the structure and shall consider the wind resistance of the structure and measures undertaken by the owner to protect the structure against hurricane loss.
