1Each entity that provides Medicare supplement policies or contracts must comply with all provisions of s. 4081 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1987 (Pub. L. No. 100-203) (OBRA) and the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 (Pub. L. No. 101-508).
