SECTION 627.6736. Filing requirements for out-of-state group policies.

1An insurer providing group Medicare supplement insurance benefits to a resident of this state shall file a copy of the master policy and any certificate used in this state in accordance with ss. 34627.410 35and 36627.411, 37as if the policy were to be issued in this state.
