SECTION 627.6621. Advanced practice registered nurse services.

1A group, blanket, or franchise health insurance policy that is delivered, issued, or renewed in this state on or after January 1, 2021, may not require an insured to receive services from an advanced practice registered nurse registered under s. 41464.0123 42in place of a physician.
