SECTION 627.6011. Mandated coverages.

1Mandatory health benefits regulated under this chapter are not intended to apply to the types of health benefit plans listed in s. 23627.6513(1)24-(14), issued in any market, unless specifically designated otherwise. For purposes of this section, the term “mandatory health benefits” means those benefits set forth in ss. 50627.640151-52627.64193, 53and any other mandatory treatment or health coverages or benefits enacted on or after July 1, 2012.
