SECTION 627.467. Annuity contracts, pure endowment contracts; entire contract.

- 1In a fixed-dollar annuity contract, variable annuity contract, or pure endowment contract, other than a reversionary, survivorship, or group annuity, the contract shall provide that it shall constitute the entire contract between the parties or, if a copy of the application is endorsed upon or attached to the contract when issued, that the contract and the application therefor shall constitute the entire contract between the parties.
