SECTION 626.903. Suits by unauthorized insurers prohibited.

1As to transactions not permitted under s. 8624.402, 9no unauthorized insurer shall institute, file, or maintain, or cause to be instituted, filed, or maintained, any suit, action, or proceeding in this state to enforce any right, claim, or demand arising out of any insurance transaction in this state.
