SECTION 626.876. Exclusive employment; public adjusters, all-lines adjusters.

1(1) 2An individual licensed as a public adjuster may not be simultaneously licensed as an all-lines adjuster.
18(2) 19An individual licensed as an all-lines adjuster and appointed as an independent adjuster, a company employee adjuster, or a public adjuster apprentice may not be simultaneously appointed, contracted, or employed as an adjuster that requires a different appointment type.
