SECTION 626.8561. “Public adjuster apprentice” defined.

1The term “public adjuster apprentice” means a person licensed as an all-lines adjuster who:
15(1) 16Is appointed and employed or contracted by a public adjuster or a public adjusting firm;
31(2) 32Assists the public adjuster or public adjusting firm in ascertaining and determining the amount of any claim, loss, or damage payable under an insurance contract, or who undertakes to effect settlement of such claim, loss, or damage; and
70(3) 71Satisfies the requirements of s. 76626.865177.
