1A person who knowingly makes a false or otherwise fraudulent application for a license or appointment under this act, or who knowingly violates any provision of s. 28624.5015, 29ss. 30626.841731-32626.847, 33or s. 35627.791, 36in addition to any applicable denial, suspension, revocation, or refusal to renew or continue any license or appointment, commits a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 66775.08267or s. 69775.08370. Each instance of violation shall be considered a separate offense.
