SECTION 626.7353. Appointment of customer representatives.

1(1) 2Any person duly licensed and appointed as a general lines agent, except a person holding a limited license provided for in s. 24626.321, 25and any general lines insurance agency may appoint as customer representatives any persons who hold or have qualified for a customer representative’s license.
48(2) 49The same individual shall not be appointed as customer representative as to more than one appointing agent or agency at any one time, and the general lines agent designated pursuant to s. 81626.7351(5) 82to supervise the work of the customer representative shall sign the appointment form, obligating himself or herself to supervise the customer representative’s conduct and business.
107(3) 108The department shall prescribe by rule forms to administer this section.
