SECTION 626.711. Retaliatory provision, agents.

1When under the laws of any other state any fine, tax, penalty, license fee, deposit of money, or security, or other obligation or prohibition is imposed upon resident insurance agents of this state doing business in such other state, then so long as such laws continue in force or are so administered, the same requirements, obligations, and prohibitions, of whatever kind, shall be imposed upon every insurance agent of such other state doing business in this state.
