SECTION 626.191. Repeated applications.

- 1The failure of an applicant to secure a license upon application does not preclude the applicant from applying again. However, the department may not consider or accept any further application by the same applicant for a similar license dated or filed within 30 days after the date the department denied the last application, except as provided under s. 59626.28160.
