SECTION 624.519. Nonpayment of premium tax or fire marshal assessment; penalty.

1If any insurer fails to pay to the Department of Revenue on or before March 1 in each and every year any premium taxes required of it under s. 30624.509 31or s. 33624.510, 34or any state fire marshal regulatory assessment required of it under s. 46624.515 47or s. 49624.517, 50the office may revoke its certificate of authority.
