12342. 1235On or before January 30 of each calendar year, each licensed title insurance agency shall remit to the department an administrative surcharge of $200.00.
1259The administrative surcharge may be used solely to defray the costs to the department and office in their examination or audit of title insurance agencies and retail offices of title insurers and to gather title insurance data for statistical purposes to be furnished to and used by the office in its regulation of title insurance.
