SECTION 624.477. Liquidation, rehabilitation, reorganization, and conservation.

1Any rehabilitation, liquidation, conservation, or dissolution of a self-insurance fund shall be conducted under the supervision of the office and department, which shall each have all power with respect thereto granted to the fund under part I of chapter 631 governing the rehabilitation, liquidation, conservation, or dissolution of insurers and including all grounds for the appointment of a receiver contained in ss. 63631.051 64and 65631.06166.
