SECTION 624.445. Order, notice, duration, effect of suspension or revocation; administrative fine.

1(1) 2Suspension or revocation of an arrangement’s certificate of authority shall be in accordance with ss. 17624.420 18and 19624.42120.
21(2) 22If the office finds that one or more grounds exist for the discretionary revocation or suspension of an arrangement’s certificate of authority under ss. 46624.43647-48624.446, 49the office may, in lieu of or in addition to such revocation or suspension, impose a fine upon such arrangement, in accordance with s. 73624.421174.
