SECTION 620.8304. Statement of denial.

1(1) 2A partner or other person named as a partner in a filed registration, statement of partnership authority, or in a list maintained by an agent pursuant to s. 30620.8105(1)(c) 31may file a statement of denial stating:
38(a) 39The name of the partnership, as identified in the records of the Department of State; and
55(b) 56The fact that is being denied, which may include denial of a person’s authority or status as a partner.
75(2) 76A statement of denial may be filed without regard to the provisions of s. 90620.8105(4) 91if it states that no partnership registration statement has been filed with the Department of State.
107(3) 108A statement of denial is a limitation on authority as provided in s. 121620.8303(3) 122and (4).
