SECTION 620.1401. Becoming general partner.

1A person becomes a general partner:
7(1) 8As provided in the partnership agreement;
14(2) 15Under s. 17620.1801(1)(c) 18following the dissociation of a limited partnership’s last general partner;
28(3) 29As the result of a conversion or merger involving the limited partnership under this act as provided for in the plan of conversion or merger; or
55(4) 56With the consent of all the partners.
